Choosing Your Training Path: Initial, Renewal, or Challenge
Whether you are learning CPR for the very first time, keeping your workplace credentials current, or looking to prove your existing skills, we have a path tailored to you. Because we utilize Blended Learning (online coursework paired with a small-group in-person skills session), every level is streamlined to respect your time.
Initial Training (First-Time or Expired Certification)
Who it’s for: Students who have never taken a CPR/AED, First Aid, or BBP class before, or those whose previous certification has completely expired.
How it works: You will complete the comprehensive ASHI online interactive learning modules at home to build a strong foundational knowledge. Afterward, we will meet in our mobile unit for a thorough, hands-on review to practice your skills on the mannequins before your final testing.
Goal: To take you from zero experience to a completely confident, fully certified lifesaver.
Renewal Training (Keeping Your Skills Current)
Who it’s for: Individuals who currently hold a valid, unexpired ASHI (or equivalent) certification and need to renew it for another 2 years.
How it works: Because you already have the baseline knowledge, your online blended coursework functions as a fast-tracked refresher, highlighting any updated guidelines or industry changes. Your in-person skills session focuses heavily on fine-tuning your muscle memory and passing your practical test efficiently.
Goal: To respect your time while ensuring your lifesaving credentials never lapse.
Challenge Path (Testing Out)
Who it’s for: Experienced healthcare workers, seasoned tradespeople, or individuals who are highly confident in their current skills and want to fast-track their certification without going through the standard instructional modules.
How it works: The Challenge path bypasses the instructional portions. You step straight into the evaluation phase. You must successfully demonstrate all required hands-on practical skills flawlessly and pass the written open-book exam on the first attempt without coaching from the instructor.
Note: Because there is no remedial instruction included in a Challenge, if a student does not pass the skills or written test, they will need to transition into a standard Initial or Renewal course.
Goal: An efficient, respect-driven option for seasoned pros to prove their readiness and secure their 2-year certification card.

Blended or Classroom Course
Our Blended Certification Course combines the convenience of online learning with the confidence of hands-on skills practice.
Participants complete the self-paced online education portion at their own convenience, learning CPR, AED use, and emergency response concepts through interactive coursework. Once the online portion is complete, participants attend a scheduled session with an instructor for approximately one hour to review key concepts, demonstrate required skills, and complete skills testing and final evaluation.
This format allows students to learn the knowledge portion at their own pace while still receiving the hands-on instruction required for certification.
Traditional Classroom Certification
For those who prefer in-person instruction, we offer instructor-led classroom training.
Classroom courses typically last 2–4 hours, depending on class size and certification level. Training includes lecture, demonstrations, hands-on practice, skills evaluation, and testing.
To ensure quality instruction and individual attention, our recommended instructor-to-student ratio is 1 instructor for every 6 students.
Our Pricing Philosophy
Our Promise to You: We don’t believe price should ever stand in the way of safety.
For all of our community classes, you only pay for the cost of your digital materials and certification card. There is absolutely no additional mandatory charge for instruction. If you feel led to give more, we gratefully accept donations to help keep this training accessible to others, but it is strictly an option to sow as you are lead. Pay what you believe is fair and affordable for the value provided. This approach allows us to continue serving organizations and individuals who may otherwise be unable to access quality safety training.
If your budget only allows for the basic rate, we simply ask that you consider paying it forward through acts of kindness, volunteer service, community support, or helping someone else in need.

Meet Your Instructor: Service Before Self
Hello! I’m Dawn Marie Martin your local business owner, neighbor, and friend.
A little background: Several careers in this lifetime, but the most cherished is being an Operating Room Nurse – 19+ years and still going. I proudly served in the United States Navy and the U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR) as a BM2 (SW/DV).
Being a relatively new transplant to the Lebanon area, I have found my introduction to serving our community as a member of our local Rotary Club and our Lebanon Chamber of Commerce, I have come to love Lebanon and our neighboring towns.
I started the Malkut Training Center to offer valuable life saving training that was accessible, affordable, and fun to learn at every level of life. (The word Malkut (מַלְכוּת) is the Hebrew word for Kingdom.) I chose this word because I believe the work being done goes beyond just teaching a class—it is about honoring God by serving our neighbors, protecting life, and building a stronger, safer community together. Simple. Life saving training – no level of experience required to participate, simple skills introduced and practiced, and outcomes that instill confidence and empowerment, strengthening not only the individual, but our community.
